In order to have a location map available on your Contact Us page, create an image of the map detailing your location, and save it as "locationMap.jpg" (without the quotes). Upload this image to your image manager, and you'll have a location map on your Contact Us form!

In order to add a location map to your Contact Us page you will need to log into the web console.

You will then click on Settings in the top right of your screen next to Logout.

You will then navigate to Account Settings, then Locations all located on the left of your screen.

If there is not already a location there you will need to click the "Add Location" button.

You will then be presented with a window where you will fill in details such as the location name, the email you want any contact form submissions for this location to be sent to, your business phone number, and the address of your business.

You will then click the "Find Place ID" link, where you will then either enter in your address or your business name if you have a Google My Business set up, and copy the provided place ID.

You will then paste this place ID into the box in the previous window and this should allow your location to be shown on your Contact Us page.

You can add multiple locations to your Contact Us page and doing so will hide the contact form for each in the form of a "Email Us" button which will then drop down the relevant contact form for the location you wish to contact.
